Carmel Convent Secondary School, ACC, Mancherial, established in 1972, is a Catholic Christian Institute managed by the Sisters of the Congregation of the Mother of Carmel (C.M.C). CMC is a religious and charitable association of a religious minority group within the purview of the Constitution of India.

OUR INSPIRATION
Our inspiration is St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara, the founder Father of the Congregation of the Mother of Carmel which manages the institution. He was a man of God, a pioneering visionary of education and a spiritual guide who initiated a revolution in education in Kerala in the 19th Century. He brought about effective pedagogical tradition breaking the barriers of illiteracy, Casteism, injustice and corruption and radiating the effulgence of knowledge, wisdom, goodness and godliness.
